  Growing up in Cabarrus County, Grace has a deep appreciation for the community and is thrilled to serve its residents and beyond with their real estate needs. A proud graduate of UNC Charlotte's Honors College with a degree in Education, Grace brings a unique perspective to her clients. Her in-depth knowledge of local schools and systems, gained from her educational background, sets her apart and provides invaluable insights for families navigating the real estate process.

 Grace married her high school sweetheart, Brandon, in 2022. The couple began their journey together living in Downtown Kannapolis before settling in China Grove, where they now reside with their son, Holden, and their playful mini Goldendoodle, Rawlings. A coffee enthusiast and avid reader, Grace cherishes quiet moments and draws strength from her faith in Christ.
