Hilarie Barnhardt

Hilarie is DMP's full-time Marketing Coordinator, where she oversees the company's marketing and branding efforts! From managing social media & creating marketing materials to supporting agents & promoting listings, she enjoys finding new ways to help the DMP brand grow while creating a positive experience for both clients and agents.

Hilarie is also a licensed NC real estate broker and the founder of HilCo Collective, where she works with small businesses on marketing projects and owns a residential cleaning business. Whether she's helping market a home, growing a brand, or supporting another local business, she enjoys wearing many hats and doing work that makes a difference!

Born and raised in Concord, Hilarie is proud to still call the area home. When she's not working, she can be found with her mini dachshund, Tini, by her side, spending time with family and friends, taking photos whenever she gets the chance, or planning her next trip to the beach, her favorite place to relax and recharge.
