Pete Petroff is a real estate agent who is passionate about helping clients find the right home while building long-term wealth through homeownership. He takes a hands-on, collaborative approach investing the time to understand his clients’ goals so he can help them secure the right property, with the right financing, in the right location.
Pete has spent the past 25 years as an educator in the Charlotte Metro area and brings a deep understanding of local communities and county school systems, an invaluable resource for families navigating a move. His background as an All-ACC football player and as a college and high school football coach reflects his commitment to teamwork, preparation, and results.

They are active members of Hickory Grove Baptist Church and deeply value community connections.
