Curt is a Carolina Native, with a big heart and a competitive spirit. Having to move often as a  child, due to his parents occupation, contributed to his interest in real estate. Looking for land suitable to build, while choosing locations that would become profitable investments for their family’s future. He’s a second generation broker with numerous other family members in the industry. Previously Curt worked as a residential,commercial,industrial electrician. Gaining the opportunity to experience development from the ground up, to full renovation. These aspects have given an understanding to the essential elements involved in the value of quality construction. Working closely with all other industry tradesmen, he has developed an extensive contact list for most needs that would pertain. Curt is supported by his beautiful wife Carina, and two loving children Tristen & Ellie. Outside of work Curt enjoys outdoor activities, and spending time with friends and family.
