As a North Carolina native, Serena has lived and worked in Charlotte, Asheville and Greensboro.  She now resides in the Lake Norman area with her husband John, two daughters Isabel and Ariana and their two fur babies Bella and Buddy. After a career in nursing and a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western Carolina University, Serena has been active in real estate for almost 10 years. Since becoming a Realtor, she has had the pleasure of helping many families, young couples, empty nesters and investors make wise real estate decisions. Every real estate transaction is different and requires a broad skill set and ability to bring creative solutions to the table. Serena’s goal and priority is to take care of all the facets of your transaction to protect your interest and avoid unwanted surprises. In addition, she delivers market knowledge, professional integrity, and proficient negotiating skills. Outside of her real estate career, her and her family enjoy playing tennis, spending time in the mountains and on the coast and traveling in general.
